Q: How do I order?
A: Ordering is easy. Click the item you want; select your preferred option (if any are available); click “Add to cart.” Keep adding items to your cart until you’ve got everything you want.
When you want to check everything you have in your cart, just click on the little cart icon in the right side of the black bar at the top of the page. On the cart page you can change the quantity of each product or remove products from your cart.
Once you’re ready to proceed to payment, click “Checkout.” Follow the instructions for payment on the Checkout page. Once payment is received your order, it is packed on the same day, and we’ll send you a tracking number within 24hrs.
Q: Can I pick up my order directly?
A: No. At this time we only fulfill online orders. Pickups are not available until further notice.
Q: Can I place large orders?
A: You can choose any quantity of products up to 500. However, for any orders larger than a typical retail order, we suggest signing up as a wholesaler or as an affiliate. Sign up to be a wholesaler here.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: We have a 30-day, 110% money back return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product please alert us by email and include pictures or text regarding the reason for return. Send the unused portion back to us for a full refund. When sending items for return, please include a note with your name and order number.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Currently, we can accept payment by Interac E-transfer. After you check out, we’ll send you an email with easy-to-follow instructions. Interac E-transfers are FREE for you. Once payment is received your order is packaged the same day.
Q: Is there tax?
A: Yes we charge GST on all orders.
Q: What is CBD?
A: CBD is cannabidiol – a compound that belongs to a family of compounds called cannabinoids. Cannabinoids also include other compounds you’ve probably heard of like THC. CBD and THC are both cannabinoids. Like CBD, THC is a cannabinoid produced by hemp and cannabis plants.
However, unlike THC, CBD cannot get you high. CBD has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and interacts with the human endocannabinoid system through various receptors including CB1 and CB2. The endocannabinoid system interacts and “regulates” all other major bodily systems.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Ordinarily, 2-5 days. Canada Post guarantees 2-day shipping with Xpresspost. However, since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis, Canada Post has notified the public that it can no longer guarantee delivery times. Currently, shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days.
Once your payment is received, we send you a tracking number so you can track your package on the Canada Post website. If you have problems with tracking or shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help solve the problem.

A: It is $19, but FREE for all orders over $150!

Q: What if my order is stuck in transit
A: If you are experiencing any issues with shipping or tracking, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll inquire with Canada Post and monitor the tracking number. In the case where Canada Post is not able to locate an undelivered parcel after 2 weeks, we will re-send your order free of charge.
