Q: How do I order?
A: Place your order on our site and proceed to follow our steps on how to check out, you may also email us and one of our cannabis consultants will help you through the ordering process.

Q: Can I pick up my order directly?
A: Unfortunately at this time we are only mailing orders and are not letting individuals directly pick up their product from us.

Q: Can I place larger orders that are not on your site?
A: You can always place multiple orders but at this time you cannot exceed the quantity that is available to you.

Q: Is this safe?
A: There is an extensive amount of online marijuana companies and nobody has been charged from receiving cannabis in the mail. Post office workers can only open a package that exceeds 30 grams!

Q: What is the return policy?
A: As of right now we do not do any refunds.


Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept direct E-transfers and there is a step by step available to help you, if you have more questions please contact us!

Q: Is there tax?
A: Yes we do charge the regular GST and HST

Q: What is CBD?
A: CBD is a compound found in hemp that doesn’t give any psychoactive effect and therefore is used more for naturalistic medicinal purposes.

Shipping and Delivery:

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: It will take approximately 2-5 business days however we cannot fully guarantee this as there are multiple factors that may cause it to take a couple days longer such as holidays, distance and weather conditions. You will receive a tracking number so you can see exactly where your package is or please contact us we try to be as translucent as possible with you about the whereabouts of your product!

Q: How is it shipped?
A: We use Canada post Xpresspost.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: It is $15 unless you spend over $150 then we offer free shipping!

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Anywhere in Canada.

Q: What if my order is stuck in transit
A: Please always contact us and do not contact Canada post because at that point it is Canada posts issue and we will not be able to help in any way. If it is three days late then we will open an investigation for you with Canada Post and this process can be potentially lengthy up to thirty days. If after the investigation or it is deemed lost we will resend your order free of charge.
